AXA Next has been entrusted with the mission of building the new insurance products and services of tomorrow, to continue to better accompany our customers throughout their life.

Job purpose:

Healthcare new business models is a top priority of AXA “From payer-to-partner" strategy submitted and approved by the AXA Board early 2017 and one of the 4 pillars of AXA Next strategy announced in 2018.

The Business Analyst will be part of a larger “project pool team” that supports Strategic Health Programs led at AXA Next / Innovation Center, the department in charge of developing new business models at scale as sustainable potential of growth for AXA, under the leadership of the Chief Innovation Officer.

His/her role will be to successfully deliver health strategic projects expected outcomes, which will be defined for each project by the Project Leader assigned to the project.

Examples of “projects” are: support the design of a go-to-market strategy to enter a new market, support the launch of an innovative health service, support the acquisition/ JV process with an innovative player, support the integration of a newly acquired innovative player.
By nature, these projects are highly confidential and with potential significant external and internal impacts

Key accountabilities

Project Manageme nt: perform project tasks to ensure good delivery/implementation of the projects objectives identified by the project leader
· Assist in planning key milestones, deliverables and stakeholders' engagement
· Mitigate risks and raising key issues/alerts the his/her managers
· Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables; setting-up and ensuring respect of deadlines
· Coordinate communication between relevant stakeholders to achieve the objectives stated
· Report regularly to the project leader with regular updates
· Be extremely sensitive on confidentiality topics

Conduct business analysis on specific health topics: value proposition, business model, revenues models, operating model,…
· Perform market analyses in the health sector across different countries (desks research and on-the ground research)
· Formalize outcomes of the research, present it
· Provide content for ExCom memos, notes etc…

Manage/support meetings and workshops preparation and delivery

· Perform on an autonomous way meetings with peers (internal and external)
· Support elaboration of important meetings (SteerCo) or WS

Contribute to Health Innovation knowledge management within AXA Next

· Identified best practices on his/her project to share with the innovation team
· Share when possible key takeaways on a specific health topic studied under his/her scope

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Main competencies

E xperience in Healthcare sector (traditional and nontraditional players and models)

·  Good understanding of different health ecosystems (medical providers, insurers, patients, employers, start-ups/digital players, services providers, governments), with their economical stakes. Expertise in health insurance and services processes, technologies and organizations
·  Knowledge in health innovations (market trends, success factor to implement a new health product are essential, key players…)

Project management skills: planning, risks anticipation and mitigation, interdependencies, stakeholder's management, pragmatism, capacity to “manage the unknown”

Interpersonal skills:

·  Capacity to assist in driving change through the organization,
·  Fast-learner / adaptation skills
·  Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
·  Capacity to manage highly confidential topics

Presentation skills (oral/written):

·  Capacity to explain a concept and represent the team if needed/asked.
·  Ability to communicate complex information in English effectively in writing to all levels of staff, management and external customers across functional areas
·  Ability to verbally communicate complex concepts in English and address sensitive situations, resolve conflicts, negotiate, motivate and persuade others.

The acquisitions of these skills should be backed by experiences in Health, Services and/or Operations (3 years +):

·  Experience in management of projects in an international and multi-cultural context and transversal teams
·  Experience in health and services sectors with a wide range of topics: product development, innovations project, digital / IT projects, etc.
·  Knowledge of the Health Chinese Market; Fluent in Chinese
·  Fluent English (French is a plus)
