Your Responsibilities:
·  Complaints processing in coordination with all internal interfaces
·  Introduction and monitoring of improvement and 8D measures in the case of complaints caused by suppliers
·  Analyses of suppliers' processes in the event of complaints
·  Audits as required with a view to sustainable quality improvement
·  Contribution to the preparation of interdisciplinary specifications for suppliers in collaboration with the Engineering Design/Development, Purchasing and Quality Management departments
·  Collaboration in the development of suppliers and their support to ensure fulfillment of AVL in-house quality requirements of AVL (QSV for suppliers)
·  Supporting suppliers in introducing and implementing measures to ensure product quality
·  International business trips Annual Remuneration:
Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: EUR44.800,--. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.

Desired profile

Your Profile:
·  Technical/engineering qualification (graduate of a secondary technical college, university of applied sciences or university of technology)
·  QM qualification as well as auditor training for internal and external audits
·  Several years of relevant professional experience in quality control of an industrial enterprise
·  Excellent spoken and written command of German and English
·  Problem-solving skills, cost-awareness, business intellect
·  Communication skills, self-assuredness, convincing personality
·  Self-directed initiative, networked and analytical thinking
