Your Responsibilities:
· Validate startups together with AVL teams
· Define and accompany „Expedition Projects“ between startup & AVL
· Develop and implement startup development plans
· Prepare and perform project presentations for AVL general management together with startups and AVL teams
· Develop and improve the startup program
· Idea generation for the development & extension of the AVL Startup Initiative
· Extend and educate the AVL mentor team
· Support internal and external communication with content and success stories Annual Remuneration:
Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: EUR42.000,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
