Job description

Are you a manual or automation software tester seeking a new opportunity? If the answer is yes, come and join our fantastic Digital Development Team!

 

We are currently recruiting for a Software Tester, to test plans, test design and execute testing within an Agile environment.  As the Software Tester, you will work on a variety of projects within different teams and test solutions provided by the developers and Business Analyst.

 

Responsibilities in the role:

  • Attend and collaborate at workshops, refinements, 3amigos, retrospectives, stand-ups
  • Co-ordinate and schedule testing activity between the different systems
  • Monitor/report progress of testing (Jira)
  • Support and Co-ordinate releases to production
  • Proactively look for areas of improvement and identify areas that are suitable for automation and manual
  • Support test automation through BDD
  • Ensure project reporting to the team is provided in a timely manner and according to defined standards and quality
  • Manage relationships with all key business and IT stakeholders

 

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience with test execution and as a lead tester
  • Strong understanding of SDLC
  • Experience applying Agile methodologies
  • Effective communication to team members and to senior stakeholders
  • Experience of TDD/BDD test frameworks

 

Desirable Skills:

  • API Testing using
  • Experience with test tools: Postman, RabbitMQ
  • Test Automation
  • SQL
