About the role

We are looking for a highly effective hands on Target Operating Model (TOM) architect to join our team. This person will play a critical role in pre-sales and delivery of TOM definition and implementation for our clients in their Digital Transformation, especially in their journey to the Cloud. The Architect works with customer IT leaders and business departments on major, ongoing engagements with internal and external stakeholder visibility. He will be a business, organization and technology subject matter expert and a consultant with deep customer engagement experience.

The applicant will possess the skills to provide insight and direction for the solution, offering both conceptual and practical solutions and recommendations to clients. He has proven experience on delivering definition and implementation of new operating models, preferably at clients leveraging the Microsoft platform in particular.

Qualifications

You will be able to demonstrate:

•Ability to consult with clients on complex projects, including in leadership roles

•Experience with business development pursuits, leading client pitches, RFPs, proposals, and statements of work

•Expertise in defining Target Operating Models especially for IT Departments taking into account impacts on organization, job descriptions, processes, HR and finance

•Ability to both define and manage the transition from the current to the target operating models

•Talent for connecting with cross-functional Avanade teams to facilitate project work

•Ability to contribute to the development of our TOM capability (knowledge transfer, development of assets)

•Deep knowledge and experience of clients' journey to the Cloud

•Excellence in both written and oral communications
