We are looking for a Workforce Management Reporting Analyst to become part of our growing HR Shared Services Center in Sofia.

Role description:

The Workforce Management Analyst  will take responsibility for making the necessary reports and detailed analysis of the employee data and act as the key interface to (HR) management. He/She will have full access to all relevant data and functions to make HR reports and support analysis. The output will be relevant information towards HR/WFM and the Divisions in order to monitor the current status developments in the field of Workforce Management and is also input for introducing new or adjusting current Workforce management policies.

Responsibilities:

·  Manages, Supports and assures the development & delivery of WFM reports for internal and external customers.
·  Creates the functional specifications for reports and is able to explain the requirements.
·  Translates the reporting need of the client into a proposal including technical requirements, planning & budget
·  Defines and programs in ‘simple’ reporting technologies like Excel, Access, Click view and Clarity
·  Achieves and reports on performance in terms of timing, estimated cost and agreed quality.
·  Evaluates the reports and justifies the set of reports on a regular base
·  Creates reports at a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly frequency. He may print out graphs, make posters or create presentations.
·  Performs data analysis and translates this in business terminology. He uses and develops tools & processes, to ensure they provide meaningful and actionable information for the HR/WFM debate and strategy.
·  He is a SPOC for WFM reporting and support knowledge management around reporting.
·  Designs, creates and prepares reports on WFM for BTN and works closely with other Reporters (locally & abroad).
·  Supports the implementation of new reports (e.g. during the testing phase to actively support roll out and/or change requests).
·  Creates definition of reports and provides recommendations to optimize reporting.
·  Set-up knowledge communities around WFM (reporting) topics with focus on global communities
·  Responsible for the continuity of reporting on local key WFM/HR processes and tooling, like the Employability Dialogue process cycle.

 

Experience & Expertise required for the role:

·  Relevant background in a combination of HR & WFM reporting and data analyses
·  Substantial knowledge in reporting, processes and data management.
·  Academic degree in business / data science studies and some years working experience in data analysis and reporting
·  Pro-active mindset on analytics and metrics is a must have
·  Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English ( C1)
·  Excellent reporting skills, numeracy and ability to understand reports and data. 
·  Highly service & quality oriented with a proactive approach  
·  Work experience in the HR area would be considered as an advantage
