Voice Tooling team is part of GTS. Voice Tooling Engineer position is to provide technical support on voice automation systems (OSILA) used for service request automation for medium to large Atos customers.

 

Main duties of a Junior Voice Tooling Engineer include:

 

·  Voice data load & validation for customer onboarding
·  performing advanced diagnosis on incidents
·  implementing standard changes to the environment
·  communicating and collaborating with internal and external technical counterparts
·  participation in projects

 

Job Requirements:

 

Required skills:

 

·  SQL basics
·  Windows server basic administration (i.e. remote connections, remote file transfer, etc)
·  Basic scripting
·  Methodical and disciplined approach to work
·  Good analytical and interpersonal skills

 

Other skills that will be considered as an advantage:

 

·  Logical understanding of workflows
·  Basic Unify technology background Is welcome (voice, circuit, other technology)
·  Communication skills in English (GermanDutch is plus)
·  DirX technology (AIM Access Identity Management)
·  ServiceNow basic knowledge
·  ITIL foundation
