Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Adminisration, Computer Engineering, Electrics/Electronics Engineering, or related departments

Minimum 5 years of experience in related area
Advanced level of English

Call center experience is an asset
Interpersonal communication skills

Job Description

Taking role as Solution Design Architect in Call Center and Document Processing based BPO Outsourcing Projects
Acting as a liaison between the Sales and Operations Units during the pre-sales phase of the projects, and aiming to make sure that Atos is the preferred vendor of choice in the marketplace by providing competitive solutions while customers are satisfied by getting benefits from these offerings
Analyzing the customer business and technical requirements and ensuring the solution is aligned accordingly, technically feasible and transferable into operations.
Defining the solution strategy for the proposal as a starting point, while ensuring that the developed solution parts will fit together into an integrated whole and providing the priciples, constraints and standards that helps align development efforts in a common direction by identification of architecture design drivers and outlining of architecture models.
Managing the resources to develop a viable solution for a new business opportunity. Creates the solution model and maintain it throughout the sales phase including transition & transformation.
Making sure that Atos Turkey's offerings have profitable growth by gaining more clients
Ensuring that the budget preparation for the project is conducted properly
Helping customize contract document while Atos’ interests are kept and the order is secured.
Conducting client visits and presentations at client satisfaction
Executing contract process internally and externally

Comparing operational metrics with budget while clients are delighted with Atos’ services
Supporting sales team in qualified outsourcing opportunities and contract negotiations
Providing feedbacks to the outsourcing production groups about market demand and new innovative ideas
