The Functional SAP Consultant will be tasked with:
•Analyzing business needs and collect requirements from local HR organizations
•Investigating possibilities of available global systems (see list above)
•Gaining expert knowledge of these global systems
•Assessing interdependencies between systems and functional implications of technical choices
•Promoting usage of global systems and solutions to local HR organizations
•Designing suitable solutions, which address the business needs
•Describing the business processes and procedures supported by these solutions
•Communicating functional specifications to developers (Global IT)
•Following up on progress of new developments, change requests and incidents submitted to Global IT
•Facilitating and performing tests of IT products delivered by development teams
•Exploring potential system issues with Global IT and/or other suppliers
•Training HR staff on usage of solutions
•Setting up and facilitating solution demos
•Documenting business needs, requirements, specifications, business processes and solutions
•Advising, guiding and supporting (remotely) programme team located primarily in the Netherlands and France on SAP or technology-related matters
