Responsibilities: Ability to work independentlyExperienced in all phases of STLC Analyze system and software requirements for system modulesDesign and Review test cases based on requirements and scenariosFacilitate/Perform test execution / functional data creationInvestigate, track, and work with developers and stakeholders on problems identified in testExposure to Estimations · Effectively collaborate and communicate with others · Test Status/Metrics Reporting Interfaces: To be able to interact with Global Business Units and Customers Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Technical/Mandatory skills: · Familiar with CRM concepts, Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud · Experience in Salesforce Testing · Experience in Salesforce Integration Testing(Web service/ETL) · Familiar with Defect Lifecycle · Experience in Defect Management tools like HP ALM, Jira · Preferably: experience with automated testing using automated test tools like HPUFT/Selenium Working Experience: 3-5 yrs. in Software Testing Soft skills: Pro-activeness, flexible and excellent grasping is very important.
