The work environment

The division Account Payments is the division integrally responsible for developing and processing of account payments transactions and associated services, amongst others SEPA, domestic payment products like Ideal and e-mandates, Instant Payments, multicurrency- and high value payments, and SWIFT transactions. In the division, the department European Payment Products is responsible for the design, development and test of the SEPA, Instant Payments and multicurrency- and high value payments solutions and partially for the actual processing. Within this department, 3 solution architects are positioned as direct reports to the department manager.

What will be your job?

The requirements & solution analysts has the following responsibilities:

As the ideal candidate you must be able to:

· Define requirements, based on requirements and wishes of internal and external customers, in a structured manner;
· Take the leading role in organizing workshops for aligning requirements;
· Translate all requirements, in accordance with the architectural principles and guidelines and in alignment with Architect and Requirements and Solution Analyst colleagues, in functional designs which are converted by software engineers in technical design and application systems;
· Prepare budget estimations of your assignments and performs quality inspections;
· Collaborate with customers, clients and colleagues about the desired functionalities and solutions in a multinational context: there is intensive collaboration with colleagues in several European countries, and possibly with employees of customers in Germany and Netherlands. Being part of the Worldline global company it is expected that cooperation will even be intensified in the near future with locations in other countries.

Concretely this means the following activities:

· Support business development activities;
· Support other teams on their questions related to the payments services domain;
· Co-responsible for the requirements management process;
· Align, analyze, assort, describe & review of the business, user and system requirements following the agreed process;
· Analyze the required changes and describes the required business and information administration of the domain;
· Draught and calculation of functional designs of changes and new developments;
· Realization of (ad hoc) information analysis;
· Co-responsible for the system documentation;
· Realization and maintenance of the system documentation;
· Support the development team on the realization of changes;
· Support the realization of functional test plans;
· Quality control on products delivered by other team members.

What do you have to offer?

· At least Higher Vocational level with a background in Business Information Systems;
· Relevant experience on Requirements Engineering;
· Relevant experience on Information Analysis and on Functional Design;
· Experience in working with both traditional and modern software development methodologies like RUP and SCRUM;
· Experience with working in a project management (Prince2) environment;
· internationally oriented, amongst others shown in language skills; beside the mother tongue, proficient English is a condition, Dutch and/or German language capabilities are a pre. You are willing to travel sporadically abroad;
· Experience in the financial world, especially in the payments business domain, is an advantage;
· An IREB certificate is an advantage.
