1 Gestion du process sur les offres commerciales: Rainbow process manager:

The Rainbow bid process is a standardized cross-company approval and risk analysis process throughout the organization. The process affects the lifecycle of an offer - from the first evaluation of an inquiry to the signing of a contract. The procedure is applied to any potential new business. This includes both the new customer business with regard to a new contract, as well as the existing customer business with regard to contract renewals and / or the provision of new services, services or functionalities.

As Rainbow Manager you are by definition the 'Master of Ceremony' within the sales region France and thus bear the responsibility for the following contents:

· You monitor compliance with the organization's internal risk management requirements.
· You organize meetings and keep track of them.
· You distribute the information to all affected units and contact persons.
· You ensure that the document templates used during the process are upto-date.
· Distribute new information and specifications to ensure continuous development of the process steps.
· You are responsible for archiving the documents.

Some details of the job description to follow up of business

· Control of the pipe

Control of Sales Force CRM to see if all the opportunities go through the Rainbow process

· Organization of reviews

Organization of reviews of L4, L5 (and sometimes also L6): scheduling, preparation when possible, participation to the review, outcome, request of authorizations to RBU managers if they did not attend the review and follow up of actions

· Maintenance f a database of reviews
· Archiving n Sharepoint
· Vlumes: around 150 reviews per year
· Back up of WL Rainbow Manager
· Management of Fast track

Control that the deals are authorized end-to-end, organization of reviews for non-standard deals.

2 Pilotage des ventes

· Mise en œuvre d’indicateurs de suivi «le tableau de bord de la direction commerciale»
· Suivi des affaires en curs
· Suivi des revenus par cmpte
· Mise à jur du fichier Renewals
· Gestion de la base contrats en collaboration avec les equipes commerciales et direction financière
· Suivi de l’avancement des plans de comptes / Maîtrise de l’outil ABP: Account Business Planning (business planning of the major / largest customers of the region)
· Pilotage des actions transverse:
· Exemple «GDPR»
· Cllaboration avec le business development/marketing lors des evenements clients pour consolider les demandes (liste, base clients…): gestion base clients
· Pilotage du Social Selling
· Pilotage CSAT: Support our customer satisfaction survey in cooperation with Sales and Quality ManagementInterface avec les équipes Marketing/ Suivi du plan d’actions MarketingSupport of central sales initiatives including mapping / tracking of these in the CRM system of equensWorldline.
