Ideal candidate will have experience providing tier 1 and tier 2 remote support for enterprise network, windows, and Unix/Linux server technologies.

Required:

Intermediate functional knowledge of network and server technologies

Intermediate to Expert level of technical troubleshooting methodologies

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Ablity to work within a team or individually with little direction

Must be able to multitask and prioritize incidents effectively

Preferred:

Any industry standard entry level certifications for network, server technologies, etc., including CCENT, CCNA, MCSA, MCP, LPIC, etc.

ITIL Foundations certification a plus

at least 3 years experience with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls and load balancers. Palo Alto firewalls , Must have knowledge of network tools like Spectrum, ehealth and netflow

Additoinal skills needed: HP switches, Meraki, Aruba, Riverbed, Dell Switches, Silverpeak, Huawei tech, Brocade, Sonus
