Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd Level telecom support services for the customer’s Telecoms Infrastructure (WAN Technologies, IPSec Tunnels, Quality of Service, Routing protocols, Knowledge in Network Monitoring systems (Cacti, Nagios or other);

• Ensure performance and availability of the supported networks according to the internally agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs);

• Participate in internal and Enterprise IT Technology Group project activities;

• Provide feedback on existing and potential design inefficiencies/gaps, aiming to continuous improvement of the provided system service;

• Provide day-to-day network troubleshooting;

• Escalate issues timely and effectively as per the applicable procedures. Reports incident resolution progress to the clients and management;

• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi infrastructure for maximum performance and value to customer’s business;

• Prepare, plan and & execute small changes which improve/stabilize network availability and performance;

• Plan and organize the execution of periodic testing on network failovers;

• Deliver commitments and resolves issues on time;

• Report utilization, availability, and stability against the agreed SLA;

Requirements:

· 1+ years’ experience in administering of network equipment;
· Ability to work under pressure based on assigned priorities from the direct manager;
· Experience with Firewall technologies – Fortigate, Cisco or other is considered an advantage;
· Knowledge in Network Monitoring Systems (Cacti, Nagios or other) is considered an advantage;
· BSc or higher degree in IT, Communications or related field;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Fluent written and spoken English required;
