Responsibilities

· Responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of the ISMS (Information Security Management System) for Atos MY.
· Ensure the implementation of Atos Info Security policies and procedures.
· Conduct Security Awareness Briefing for new and existing staff.
· Manage, analyze and report on security incidents.
· Coordinate global security vulnerabilities and patch implementation follow-up.
· Act as “CSSO (Country Safety and Security Officer) for Malaysia and Indonesia. Attend meeting and prepare reports pertaining to CSSO requirement.
· SPOC for GSSO in making sure the followings are done:
· Ensure the site continue to be certified on ISO 27001
· Alert GSSO 24/7 in the event of any country safety or physical security threat
· Update/report on the country safety and physical security threat assessment
· Update/report Atos country site data for any site relocation
· Provide KPI update to GSSO monthly dashboard
· Responsible and execute crisis management when need arises. Custodian of Crisis Management process for the site.
· Act as Data Protection Officer for Malaysia and Indonesia and execute any implementation whenever necessary.
· Responsible for the management and maintenance of Atos MY Access Card.
· Responsible for Atos MY Document Control procedure

Requirements

· At least 2 years’ experience in ISMS Security and BCP or their equivalence.
· Good, effective written and verbal communication skills – business fluent in International English; minimum at level S3 (PROFESSIONAL WORKING PROFICIENCY)
· Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
· Flexibility - in adapting to workload, working hours, practices, and situations
· Ability to work well in a team
· Knowledgeable on ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems will be added advantage
· Certification in the areas of Security and BCP will be added advantage
