Are you ready for a challenging international internship in our Recruitment Centre of Excellence?

Your position as Intern at the Centre of Excellence Recruitment Programs @ Atos

Reporting to the Global Head of Recruitment Programs, the Recruitment intern will work on projects that impact Atos at both a global and local level. The role will offer the chance for the intern to work in a project support role, working with different countries in supporting Atos’ recruitment strategy in delivering key projects. The role will give the intern the opportunity to work across various projects, to include social media, graduate, and assessment topics, offering them the chance to widen their experience across both Recruitment and HR.

Tasks:
· Carries out recruitment assignments, individually and as part of a team, applying knowledge, skills, and experience under supervision.
· Demonstrates an understanding of the issues of interest to the client organization and proposes viable solutions within the scope of own expertise, taking into account the needs of those impacted.
· Assists to define and develop Recruitment policies, processes, procedures and standards.
· Under supervision, handles complex requests that require analysis, presentation of (alternative) solutions and a management decision on the approach.
· Content management for social media channels

Desired profile

Are you the ideal candidate?

·Last year of your Bachelor or Master studies. Preferably in Human Resource Studies or similar.
· Business fluent in English. Dutch is considered a plus.
