We are seeking aFall Intern to support NAO BusinessOperations. You will be responsible forthe following:

Account Business Planning

· Responsible for the coordination, scheduling and reporting of Atos North American Operations (NAO) Account Business Planning program across top accounts, large accounts, and medium accounts.
· Tasks include interacting with Executive Board member’s, Client Executives and representative from the Atos Divisions.

Customer Satisfaction

· Responsible for the coordination and reporting of Atos NAO Customer Satisfaction program.
· Collation of numeric and non-numeric data which will be used in executive presentations.
· Coordination and reporting to NAO Sales Operations and also Global Sales Operations.

Training

· Responsible for the coordination, scheduling and reporting of proposed training schedules across a variety of training initiatives.

Documentation of Processes

· The intern will also be required to document all of the above processes so that a full, complete and transparent handover can take place at the end of the placement.

Essential Skills:

This is a high profile role, desired attributes include:

· Degree in Business, Marketing, or History
· Being a self-starter
· Using initiative
· Skilled in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to present confidently to a wide audience
· Willing to work under pressure of tight deadlines and dealing with people across geographies and different time zones

Additional Information:

· Must currently be enrolled in a College or Technical Institute OR will have just graduated within 6 months of internship
· High degree of interest in IT
· Internships are intended to be positions that are for limited duration, with a maximum duration ten months (1560 hours per year max).
· Ability to work on a team and effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
· Background checks are required for interns
