Après une mission longue d'infogérance chez un client guyanais (Collectivité Territoriale), vous participerez à la direction de l'agence locale et à son développement chez nos clients.

Principales missions

- Participer au choix des matériels et solutions logicielles proposés et aux appels d'offres.

- Installer des systèmes d’exploitation, réseaux et logiciels.

- Assurer la surveillance du réseau et la sécurité de l’informatique des clients.

- Assurer de la documentation client.

- Dépanner nos clients (matériel, OS, hyperviseur) dans les temps impartis des contrats.

- Participer à la bonne facturation des projets.

- Anticiper les besoins informatiques et détecter des affaires.

- Assurer la veille technologique permanente.

De formation Ingénieur bac +5 informatique orienté systèmes DESS ou DEA avec une spécialisation en systèmes, réseaux, télécoms

Compétences professionnelles

Posséder de bonnes connaissances en informatique et en réseaux.

Connaître de façon pointue les différents matériels sur le marché et la gamme Atos : Bullion, Solutions EMC (VNX, Unity, Vplex...), serveurs et matériels Dell Connaître a minima un hyperviseur, savoir configurer et analyser les incidents : VMware, Hyper V OS : Microsoft Server
