You are competent in several fields like IT production, analysis, processes.

You would like also leading projects, you are interested in monitoring strategy and deployment in an international scale.

Our department Core Operation Services within Production Services delivers Central and transversal services for the whole company.

The Operation engineering team is working closely with second level teams to deliver a state-of-the-art 24/7 operation quality.

As Operation Engineer, you are member of an international team located in several countries and you participate in

· defining the rules and requirements for the Worldline and EquensWorldline Monitoring
· ensuring the effective implementation of these standards.
· monitoring daily the quality of supervision and supporting closely the Central First Line Support
· integrating new services and new countries into Supervision
· studying, building and managing action plans to improve global quality and productivity in coordination with Service Delivery Managers
· leading international projects related to the core services we deliver

Skills and requirements:

· Graduate degree in informatics or in a cognate discipline
· Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at an international scale. Open to cultural differences
· Autonomous, curious, practical, reliable and team player
· Proactivity, force for proposal, influence are also abilities expected
· Excellent written and communication skills, business fluent English is mandatory
· High Initiative, decisiveness, customer focused and assertive behavior
· Occasional trips
· Good knowledge of ITILV3, familiar in standards related to IT (ie PCI DSS, ISO standards, ISAE 3402 …)
· Good Development Skills (languages such as Bash, Perl, Python) for automation and industrialization is a plus

Position to fill inFrance : Seclin/Vendôme/Blois.
