Durant les phases de développement, vous êtes responsable de la spécification des blocs constituant le circuit (fonctionnalités, performances et méthodes de vérification) en relation avec l'équipe de conception et êtes le garant technique de la tenue des performances du circuit. Vous contribuez au développement au niveau transistor du projet jusqu'à la validation des circuits sur silicium (création des schématiques, dimensionnement au niveau transistor, caractérisation).

Création et mise au point de modèles comportementaux (SPICE / VHDL-AMS /Verilog-A)

Conception de cellules analogiques (ADC, DAC, référence de tension, système à capacités commutées…), de l'étude de faisabilité à la validation sur silicium

Ingénieurs en micro-électronique, vous possédez une 1ere expérience en layout analogique de circuits intégrés layout/assemblage top level de circuits complexes (SOC) ou en conception. Vous connaissez les outils CADENCE. Vous maîtrisez la vérification DRC et LVS. Une approche méthodique, un esprit d’esprit d’équipe et de bonne capacité de communication seront des atouts majeurs pour ce poste.
Vous parlez anglais et vous êtes autonome, rigoureux, organisé.
