Our HR team is growing - we are establishing a new team to consolidate HR operational functions to deliver them in a cost-effective manner, promoting operational efficiencies and service improvements. It also provides advice and employee support across the Atos Organization on the use of HR systems and processes.

 

 

We are currently aspiring to add a Talent Support Admin to assist the Talent Management Leads. This will include supporting the promotion and deployment of the talent  management strategy for Atos employees within the RBU to ensure an end to end service is provided. This will also involve coordinating and processing talent requirements for talent management (for example, multiple talent pools through Adepto) and the administration for talent nomination and review.

 

Responsibilities :

·  Support process and help to manage Adepto platform across each talent pool and update pools monthly in line with add/drop process – as well as annual alumni reviews
·  Liaise with SME’s and coordinate and push out promotions (i.e. recruitment opportunities, learning offerings, and events
·  Maintain Adepto flags and build a calendar of “Connected Talent” events, organize sessions including working with associated Exec/lead (i.e. Coffee with Clay & other events), comms, promotions, room booking, invites, order coffee - agree with exec a theme of question for debate
·  Support the succession planning process and the Talent review process – preparing packs, org charts, update changes, critical roles and track changes
·  Design and prepare marketing comms to excite and engage the pools to explore the opportunities/offerings - create a high impact "brand”
·  Reporting on talent communities, appraisal ratings, career progression
·  Support the Global Talent Programme nomination and selection process – prepare packs, update files, organise interviews, maintain records, prepare accurate reports and analysis

 

Skills and Competencies required:

·  Experience in supporting the design, deployment and management of talent programs either in support Human Resources or Business Operations role
·  Previous work experience in sophisticated, culturally diverse environments (IT industry would be considered as an advantage)
·  Proven track record of collaborating in a small team in a pressured work environment
·  Ability to interpret business objectives and positively contribute to these through their involvement in talent initiatives
·  Competently conduct a range of administration duties within a large-scale talent programme and produce engaging communications which support talent programme objectives
·  Confidently and accurately report on a range of talent metrics and contribute with feasible and creative solutions to the talent program
·  Ability to deploy crucial business and leadership management skills (stakeholder management, persuasion and influencing skills) and to work with key partners to design and agree upon a talent programme
·  Excellent English interpersonal skills both verbally and in writing (C1)
·  Strong customer focus, flexibility and positive approach to taking care of change
·  Outstanding time management and communication skills, commitment to deliver results
