Caractéristiques du poste

In this context, Atos International is offering a challenging opportunity at general management level for a project management internship within TOP, Atos’ Tier One Program. TOP is a global strategic program critical to the current and future success of Atos. The program supports Atos' ambition to become the preferred IT partner and continues to further improve the company’s efficiency ensuring operational performance.

This internship provides the possibility to be working on critical business priorities for the organization and contribute to the long term (strategic) objectives of the organization, in which you work closely together with and/or support the highest level of management.

As a project management intern, you will be working in an international, high profile team and you will be able to have a strong learning curve. You will learn how the organization is geared, how the pieces work together and you will get insights in the different country level organizations.

Activities would include:

§Supporting the PMO team in planning and monitoring the projects

§Driving, leading and supporting the TOP leaders

§Preparing and maintaining project plans

§Supporting reporting activities

§Managing expectations of stakeholders and having a clear overview of what needs to be done

§Identifying and obtaining information, support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project
§   Managing project administration

Profil

As a project management intern, the applicant will be expected to have:

§Excellent English language skills - French would be a plus,

§Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

§Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

§Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships on different levels in the organization

§Strong persuasiveness

§Ability to get up to speed very fast and have strong critical thinking skills

Previous experience as an intern with a consulting company is required (previous experience of a minimum of 3-6 months)
The candidate should be looking for his/her 2 nd or 3 rd internship in his/her student career
