Job Description

Optimisation of the Service Line Organisation :

Support the Business and the HR organizations in defining the way to streamline the Organisation a Global level (40 000 people) and in consolidating the implementation with the Country (55) :

-Analyse the current situation from reportings, deepdive on Non-Productive activities and get a global understanding
-Identify the key levers of optimization from feedbacks with the Business (Management and support, governance models…), HR and Finance teams
-Propose global Initiatives bringing add value and supporting the GBUs to progress (confirm rules with Corporate team…)
-Build the Implementation plan for all the Countries
-Follow and track the implementation

-Capability to bring overviews in process design
-Transparent and reactive when difficulties
-Being force of proposal, finding ways to answer to complex issues
