Job Title: Global Offshore Office Manager for Worldline GBL/RBU

 

Unit / Area: SDCO

 

Tasks & Job Description:

·  Develop the Offshore strategy of Worldline, ensuring coordination implementation of related Offshore Plan areas
·  Closely work with Global & Local Workforce Management at pre-RAB level to continuously make advantage of Offshore as strategic sourcing mean for Worldline GBL/RBU
·  Support  the Offshore track of GWFM TEAM2 initiatives, with related reporting and Executive Summary
·  Identify Offshore synergies and/or consolidate new Offshore opportunities across Worldline GBL/RBU (e.g. new clusters, ..)
·  Contribute to the Global WL Offshore Operating Model to deploy best practices
·  Animate the community of GBL/RBU Local Offshore Office Managers, with related reporting and documentation, identify knowledge gaps and assure stability of the team

You will report to the Head of Worldline Global Offshore Office who has a dotted line to the Head of Global Workforce Management.

You have experience with driving a program including managing various Offshore projects with business/operational people and other stakeholders, planning, reporting etc.

Requirements

·  Excellent understanding of the GBL/RBU business
·  International business experience in management role(s) and responsibilities (5+ years)
·  Seasoned, senior Program and Project expertise from international projects and/or PM for application management contracts (5 - 7 years) and/or Transition Management. GCM level 6+
·  Understanding of the intricacies of large organizations
·  Capable to work simultaneously with several levels within the organization (from top, senior management to middle); team player; influencer; used to work in a dynamic environment; keeps focus
·  Sensitive to cultural differences; intercultural experience (has worked with different cultures, for example India, Morocco, Poland, Armenia, Bulgaria)
·  Empathic with regard to the emotions Offshoring may invoke
·  Curious with very good understanding of the main technical trends

 

 

Languages

English (Fluent or advanced)

French (would be an advantage)
