The compliance manager will be in charge of supporting the Group’s efforts in compliance and will report to the Group Compliance Officer. Her/his missions will be organized around four major poles:
- Knowledge: the Group Compliance Manager will be in charge of knowing and following evolutions of regulations and best practices relevant for Atos; the compliance manager will contribute to the Group Compliance newsletter and ensure any regulatory change is anticipated by Atos.
- Governance and procedures: the Group Compliance Manager will contribute to the management of the Atos compliance network and will maintain the Group procedures.
- Hotline, identification and management of risks and alerts: the Group Compliance Manager will be responsible for helping the Compliance Officers in identifying, managing, dealing with, alerts, risks, breaches and potential breaches. The Group Compliance Manager will follow the ethics alerts and conduct compliance audits, and will work on any necessary corrective measures.
- Training, communication and reporting.
In addition, the compliance manager will be responsible for monitoring the sanctioned country process (review of business requests, compliance analysis, and collect of opinions of all stakeholders until ultimate top management decision).
