Contexte du stage :

 

Dans le cadre des activités du « Shared Contact Center », vous serez amené(e) à intervenir sur les sujets visant la valorisation et l’exploitation de la donnée à des fins décisionnelles et d’alerting pour « pVoice », notre solution Cloud pour Serveur Vocal Interactif de paiements sécurisés.

 

La solution pVoice SaaS permet la gestion des paiements sécurisés PCI-DSS via le canal voix.

 

Le projet :

 

Intégré(e) au sein d’une équipe en charge du produit pVoice et accompagné(e) par votre tuteur tout au long du stage, vous participerez à :

 

·  L’étude, la conception et l’implémentation de nouvelles fonctionnalités de statistiques avancées : Java, Hibernate, MySQL, VoiceXML
·  La création de nouveaux rapports détaillés à inclure dans l’IHM du produit pVoice : Angular JS, Bootstrap.
·  L’étude, la conception et l’implémentation de fonctionnalité d’Alerting.

·  Étude de l'existant
·  Analyse du besoin dans un contexte multi-clients
·  Choix d'implémentation technique
·  Présentation du projet aux différents intervenants
·  Développements
·  Tests automatisés, mise en production, industrialisation

 

 

A la fin du stage vous aurez appris à :

 

·  Développer votre expertise technique et fonctionnelle
·  Analyser, étudier, proposer des solutions et les implémenter
·  Travailler au sein d’une équipe en mode projet
·  Mieux appréhender et comprendre le métier et les besoins de nos différents clients.

 

De formation Bac+4 ou Bac+5 dans le domaine des technologies internet et e-services, vous avez envie d'apprendre et aimez relever des défis, le tout dans une ambiance conviviale ?
