Atos Migration services team is seeking an analyst to help enable internal organizations as well as to help our customers be more successful. Our team is highly dynamic and is positioned to make impacts through our work as we understand stakeholder needs, model data, visualize and analyze data, and partner with refresh team to provision migration solutions. We are seeking a candidate who is solution oriented and can address process-related requirements and requests. This will involve mapping existing processes and addressing new ones.
As an Atos Migration services process analyst you participate in providing business analysis and coordination services for internal operational programs from initiation through delivery. The Atos professionals in this role act as in-house consultants and manage all steps relevant to the successful delivery of the refresh projects including: review of customer, technical and logistical requirements, identifying tasks, creating/tracking project schedules, setting up proprietary tool communication templates, reports and other refresh deliverables.

Essential Functions:

Migration services process analysts are responsible for the refresh deliverable process and requirements setup. You will define, manage and track service/support requirements, deliverables, program schedules, and milestones for programs under the project managers.
Specific responsibilities of the position include working with the Atos refresh functional groups to develop, document and communicate business model requirements, processes, and tools.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet the project goals and deliverables.
• The candidate will have experience with analytics concepts and tools.
• Experience with MS Office and web tools (HTML, Outlook) required.
• Experience with data analysis tools a plus.
• Experience in a business analyst role desired.
• Familiarity with the software processes and web technologies.
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and utilizing project management applications.
• Creative approach to problem solving.
• Project or program management training or demonstrated experience.
