The Shared Services Center for Global Sales Operations (SSC GSO) is a global organization meant to bring together the Sales Operations (Global & GBU) with fully standardized processes and tools contributing to transform a fragmented and silo model into a customer-oriented organization.

We are looking for motivated team members to be part of this TOP initiative of ramping-up and developing a new global team within Atos Romania.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Sales Shared Center services towards Sales Finance and Rainbow;

• With minimal supervision, analyze, mine and report on data in assigned area of responsibility;

• Assists in technical and/or specialized work in the areas of design, development, update, maintenance, and reporting of relevant information;

• Gathers and document reporting and analysis requirements in support of business partner requests and/or project needs;

• Ensures consistency and quality of information;

• Works with business partners to ensure there is an understanding how the information is being used to support business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems or equivalent experience;

· The candidate will have a long track in visual basic, particularly in visual basic for excel, as well as publishing the results of the programs in excel and power point;
· The candidate must have a solid background on Query development;
· Knowledge of Share Point is also positively valuated;

• 3+ years work experience including at least 2 years in a role working within a global organization;

• Strong attention to detail;

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;

• Strong interpersonal/customer service skills;

• Proficient with Microsoft Office;

• Understanding of financial & sales KPIs;

• English business fluent;

• Proven experience and/or certifications for SAP &/ SF reporting (desirable);

• German/French language conversational (would be a plus).
