Job Description

The Technical Architect Engineer is a professional specialized in providing architecture for solutions end to end based on the requirements received from customer.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· More than 8 years of Experience with at least 3 years of experience in Design and Architect Role
· Technical skills: BizTalk, MS-SQL/Oracle, TIBCO understanding will be an added advantage
· Major Responsibilities:
· Defining End to end flow for EAI/ESB integration and preparing design
· Managing EAI/ESB (BizTalk) server architecture and performance
· Managing end to end system connectivity by understanding different networks / firewalls

Communication skills:

· English Language Level Required: B1 (Intermediate)
· Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
· Intercultural communication skills

ServiceNow Skills (Added Skillset):

· Working experience on different modules of ServiceNow.
· Good knowledge and understanding of ITSM framework and ITIL process.
· Knowledge of multiple technologies and framework of ServiceNow.
· Exposure of Working with functional requirements within ServiceNow for CMS, Request Management,
· Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Change, Core Platform, Web services, interfaces etc.
