What are we looking for?

We are looking for experienced IT Professionals in our IT Support Area for our location in Timisoara, Romania. The person must have IT Technical Background - minimum 2 years of experience.

Main responsibilities as follows:

·  The processing of imported software inventory data;
·  Regular importing of the established inventory data into the license management solution;
·  Administration of inventory imports;
·  Checking of the data quality and regular importing of the organizational data into the license management solution;
·  Handling of applications an end user;
·  Databases and SQL;
·  Manage the complex and permanently changing license models of SW products;
·  Support external end user in case of incidents or requests;
·  Development of software, interfaces and dynamic reports related to solution design process requirements and service contract;
·  Maintenance of IT systems documentation and source code management;
·  Partly coaching and support of employees in usage of new software components;
·  Assures the quality of created software components and controls the quality end-to-end;
·  Analyses incidents and requests and creates solutions;
·  Supports IT architects in case of development of changes in the application and creates solutions.

Job Requirements

·  Education : Preferably Computer university degree or a similar qualification.

Background Requirements:

·  Solid hands on experience working with Windows 7, Windows 10;
·  Experience with server operating systems 2008, 2012, 2016;
·  Experience working with Microsoft desktop OS Windows 7/10 32/64 bit;
·  Experience with Microsoft SQL;
·  Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, networking;
·  Must be able to learn new applications / programs quickly;
·  Interacting with customers at various levels within the organization;
·  Ability to connect with solution partners for technical solutions;
·  Social Skills and competencies: Analytical Thinking; Teamwork; Strong problem solving skills; Communication skills in international environment; Customer-oriented attitude; Willingness to improve technical skills;
·  Foreign Languages: Strong working knowledge of English (verbal and written) it’s a must;
·  French or German – advanced would be a big plus
