Au sein du Shared Center Contact, vous contribuez à la mise en oeuvre d'un grand programme de refonte de la relation client omnicanal dans le secteur bancaire. En collaboration avec les équipes projet Worldline, vous contribuez à l'intégration des différents canaux de communiication et technologies associées (voix, chat, intelligence artificielle, email) en apportant votre maitrise fonctionnelle des enjeux de la relation client et votre méthodologie de conception.

Rigoureux(se), synthétique, communicant(e), vous aimez découvrir de nouveaux métiers, de nouveaux concepts. Vos qualités de communicant(e) (oral et écrit) font de vous un facilitateur et le lien entre toutes les équipes intervenant dans la construction du projet. Vous êtes en particulier garant(e) de la cohérence des travaux réalisés par les différentes équipes.
