Contexte du stage :

 

Dans le cadre des activités du « Shared Contact Center », vous serez amené(e) à intervenir sur le produit Smartpush de Worldline, notre solution d’envoi de messages multicanal (notif smartphone, SMS, mails, fax, …).

 

Cette solution SaaS permet à nos clients de gérer l’intégralité de leur communication sortante multicanal (plan de communication marketing, programme de fidélité, communication interne, newsletter, ...). Des fonctionnalités avancées permettent également de réaliser en cascade des plans de communication sur plusieurs canaux.

 

Le projet :

 

Intégré(e) au sein d’une équipe en charge du produit SmartPush et accompagné(e) par votre tuteur tout au long du stage, vous participerez à :

 

·  L’étude, l’amélioration et l’implémentation de nouvelles fonctionnalités : Java, Hibernate, MySQL,
·  La refonte de l’IHM du produit SmartPush : Angular, Bootstrap.

 

Vos missions :

 

·  Étude de l'existant
·  Analyse du besoin dans un contexte multi-clients
·  Choix d'implémentation technique
·  Présentation du projet aux différents intervenants
·  Développements
·  Tests automatisés, mise en production, industrialisation

 

A la fin du stage, vous aurez appris à :

 

·  Développer votre expertise technique et fonctionnelle
·  Analyser, étudier, proposer des solutions et les implémenter
·  Travailler au sein d’une équipe en mode projet
·  Mieux appréhender et comprendre le métier et les besoins de nos différents clients.

 

Au travers de l’ensemble de ces missions vous ferez appel à la fois à vos capacités relationnelles, votre esprit d’initiative pour proposer une solution répondant aux besoins tant techniques que fonctionnels. De formation Bac+4 ou Bac+5 dans le domaine des technologies internet et e-services, vous avez envie d'apprendre et aimez relever des défis, le tout dans une ambiance conviviale ?
