Responsibilities:

· End to end delivery of testing in Agile projects including agile estimation and reporting
· Responsible to facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
· Leading a team and tracking the delivery
· Guide/ coach team on Agile
· Prepare proposals, evaluate new tools and deliver POCs
· Interaction with product owner, development and operations.

Interfaces: To be able to deal with GBU as well as customer counterparts

Communication skills: Should have excellent oral/ written communications skills – client facing

Technical skills:

· Knowledge in Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD and Safe Agile
· Agile Scrum Master Certified or similar certification
· Agile test management tools like Jira, TFS and Micro focus ALM Octane
· Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and user stories etc.
· Ability to define and ensure acceptance criteria for all paths in a user story
· Working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven etc.
· Should be proficient with agile test estimation techniques
· Ability to provide test solutions with exposure to driving RFP’s

Working Experience:

· 6+ Years of software testing experience
· Minimum of 4+ Years of solid hands-on experience with Agile projects
· 2+ Years of hands-on experience with multiple agile estimation techniques and reporting
· Good to have: experience in Agile automation tools

Soft skills: Quick learning, Pro-activeness and Flexibility
