SAP CS

Consultant who has a very sound knowledge of SAP CS, experience in handling interface and can work on incident, problem management, change requests and projects.

Take ownership of SD/CS, ensure compliance to SLAs and KPIs on timeline & quality for incidents and change requests with focus on delivering solutions for CS issues. Work in coordination with the team and also lead specific tasks on own. Work with the client to analyze their requirements: prepare and participate in workshops, requirement documentation

Communication skills:

· Ability to interact with the people from different culture and countries.

Technical skills:

Working Experience:

· Worked on SAP CS for at least for 6+ yrs.
· Worked on Cross module integration SD, MM and FICO
· Worked on Serial Number management , notification processing, Service Order processing, returns and repairs processing
· Worked on Controlling ( Costing ) integration in Service Management
· Incident, Problem and Change Management
· Userexits, Routines
· Complex Reports
