Job Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Customer support and assistance in solving the basic problems in the field of IT ( 1st Line support)
- Coordinating - the clearance, forwarding to the next line of support and monitoring of the user’s requests

- basic client support in the scope of helpdesk.

Please be informed that the service is provided in shiftwork.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- Fluent or Native level of Turkish/Slovak/Czech/Spanish/Italian language (min. C1).
- Very good English (min. B2) will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
- Interest in IT issues and willingness to further training.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good organization of work.
- Certificate TOEIC will be a plus.
