YOUR MISSION:
As Global Lead Buyer, you will be responsible for a significant area of procurement spend globally including the development and execution of action plans, negotiations, tenders, supplier selection, processes and best practices for your respective sub-category. You will influence the GBU procurement teams within category by indicating opportunity, initiating and leading strategic objectives delivering to group targets as directed.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

GOVERNANCE
* With the support of the Global Category Manager, work with countries buyers and internal stakeholders on the implementation of a global purchasing strategy and support/lead global/local Branded IT Services initiatives in order to streamline the way Atos Group procures Branded IT Services, increasing performance through more efficient and effective processes, adding value through improvements to total cost of ownership
* Propose purchasing strategies which combine both global and local requirements, assisting the Global Category Manager to build a suitable strategy for the Branded IT Services area whilst taking into consideration the needs of internal customers and local GBU business requirements

MAIN ACTIVITIES
* Building global strategy together with Global divisions and GBUs being the main stakeholders to develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for the Branded IT Services area
* Implementation of global PSLs with IT vendors and alternative including rate cards and standardized T&Cs and global procurement strategy

Profil recherché

YOUR SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
The Atos Global Lead Buyer should be "Advanced" in terms of the following skills/competences:
* Business understanding including IT and SW/ HW vendors market
* Change Management, promote the best practices and change
* Hands-on experience of leading tenders and negotiating contractual agreements
* Strong commercial awareness & financial modeling capability
* Strategic procurement techniques and highly advanced negotiation skills
* Supplier Relationship Management
* Internal Customer Management
* Project Management
* Experience in developing procurement sourcing strategies across one or multiple categories of purchasing, preferably in the procurement of 3rd Party labor/Consultancy/Project Deliverables and T&M external resources
* Good Communication
* Cross Functional Team working
* Fluent in English, ideally with French or German or Dutch
* Experience must have been gained over 5 years in Procurement with Atos or in similar global organization
