Senior Designer in Asiance - Seoul, South Korea
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Understand UX design and have excellent visual design skills (layout, typography, color, graphics).

• Design for various digital platforms and marketing media (web/mobile websites, e-commerce, branding, social marketing designs, campaigns, apps).
• 다양한 디지털 플랫폼과 마케팅 디자인 업무 진행 (web/mobile websites, e-commerce, branding, social marketing designs, campaigns, apps).
• Keep on top of current design trends and bring inspiration to the team.
• 최신 디자인 트렌드를 파악하고 팀원들에게 동기부여.
• Propose creative concepts for the projects, provide direction and design guidance.
• 크리에이티브 컨셉 제안, 디자인 디렉팅 및 가이드 제시.
• Identify critical design problems and devise solutions.
• 디자인 이슈 사항 확인 및 문제 해결.
• Collaborate with other teams to produce work that exceeds expectations.
• 최고 업무 성과 도출을 위한 타팀과의 협업.
• Participate in new leads development and ongoing projects as a digital marketing specialist advisor and consultant (eg. clients meetings, cost estimations, proposals writing, pitch delivery).
• 뉴리즈 개발과 진행중인 프로젝트에 테크니컬 어드바이저로 참여 및 컨설턴트 역할 (고객사 미팅, 예산 측정, 제안서 작성, PT발표).
• Be able to lead a team and manage the team’s resources and projects.
• 리더로서 팀원들의 리소스와 프로잭트 관리 업무가 가능한 자.
Working environment:
• Hours: 9:30 to 18:30 (lunch time: 12:30 ~ 13:30) KST.
• 근무시간: 9시 30분 ~ 18시 30분 (점심시간: 12시 30분 ~ 13시 30분까지).
• Days: Monday to Friday.
• 근무일: 월요일 ~ 금요일.
• Location: 4F. Shin-a memorial hall, 33 Jeongdong-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul, 04518, Korea.

Profil recherché
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (proved through a portfolio).
• 관련경력 5년 이상. (포트폴리오 증명 필수).
• Work well independently and be at the same time a good collaborative team player.
• 독립적으로 근무 가능하면서 팀의 구성원으로 협업 가능한 자.
• Proficient in design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suites and other prototyping tools (Invision, Figma).
• Adobe Creative Suite, 프로토타이핑 툴 (Invision, Figma) 등 디자인 툴 사용 능숙자.
• Proficient in responsive design, mobile/tablet UI & UX.
• 반응형 디자인, 모바일/태블릿 UI & UX에 능통한 자.
Preferred Skills:
• Business level English.
• 비즈니스 레벨 영어 구사 능력.
• Business level Korean is preferred.
• 비즈니스 레벨 한국어 가능자 우대.
• Business level Japanese is preferred.
• 비즈니스 레벨 일본어 가능자 우대.
• Proficient in After Effects, knowledge of video production, motion design and editing.
• 비디오 제작, 모션그래픽, 영상편집에 대한 이해와 After Effects 스킬.
• Experience and passion for the luxury industry.
• 럭셔리 분야에 대한 이해도와 경험.
