Job Requirements

If you are the right Talent Acquisition Analyst for us, you will be able to perform below activities:



·  Deliver on the global capability hiring needs and provide talent & market intelligence as per agreed timelines
·  Provide insightful global talent data that will help to influence the business and make data-lead decisions around ARM’s global location strategy to the Global Talent Insight Lead.
·  Working on understanding and implementing new and latest hiring/ souricng techniques used world wide and also researching on the latest talent mapping techniques and products used in the market.
·  Continuously following and openly share global talent market trends and considerations
·  Strong project and program management capability with focus on driving efficiency coupled with a positive stake holder experience journey
·  Experience of building successful hiring strategies across regions/globally with the ability to positively influence and partner with Talent Acquisition teams across multiple locations and globally
·  Knowledge and insight of hiring best practice within technology/semi-conductor or corporate equivalent field
·  Experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
·  Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills - used to presenting to key stakeholders in an effective and engaging manner. Able to quickly build strong and impactful relationships internally and externally
·  Data-driven mindset – able to extract, interpret and position metrics and statistics to support business activities and proposals
·  Working on weekly and monthly reports with the Talent Insight team and presenting them to the Talent Insight Lead within the agreed timelines.
