Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an expert in system architecture who wants to influence the future of ARM IP and the ARM eco-system.

As a member of a multi-disciplinary international team you will lead the definition of next generation system technologies, including CPU and system architecture specifications and hardware products. You will work closely with experts from across ARM to develop and evaluate new technologies and deploy them internally within ARM and to the broader ARM ecosystem. This means your work will influence product roadmaps both within ARM and inside major companies across the ARM ecosystem.

You will be surrounded by world-leading experts and will have the opportunity to work with some of the very best engineers in the industry. Job Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience
You will be an industry expert in designing computer systems and will have knowledge and hands-on experience in several of these areas:

·  Definition of SoC architecture
·  Analytical evaluation of new technologies and their applicability to a target market
·  Memory systems, caches, coherency protocols
·  Power management
·  Operating systems
·  Security

A successful candidate will possess the following characteristics

·  Pro-active and self-motivated, able to determine, plan and track work tasks
·  A passion for computer architecture, and an interest in system hardware and operating systems
·  Willingness to be flexible and deliver on new challenges
