You are in charge of Lacq Mourenx Rotterdam (LMR) Thiochemicals customer portfolio. You ensure 100% service level with thiochemicals product range, helped by LMR teams (customer service, technical teams, …) & associated services (Carelflex). You make all efforts to expand the customer portfolio.

Your profile:
- Technical background in chemical engineering or chemistry or equivalent. Minimum BSC level together with Business education
- Experience in sales of commoditiy/specialty chemicals
- Perfect command of written and spoken French, English.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation and sales – closing skills
- Good level of computer skills

You already have an experience in an international and multi-cultural environment, and should be aware about the local cultures, mentalities, habits.
You are aware about safety and environment requirements during Carelflex and Technical Assistance operations.

Vos principales missions

Management of a wide Customers portofolio:
- Visit regulary main customers.
- Maintain old references and develop new customers in the area.
- Build strong relationships with them promoting ARKEMA & its product range.
- Negociations with customers.
- Accountable for achieving sales objectives in line with budget.
- Grow cumulated margin, year after year.
- Supervise the sales process from the order till delivery of the products and the payment at due date.
- Establish market analysis and perform regular benchmarking on competition.

Team work with customer service:
- Ensure customer service representative systematically continuously updated with price agreements, volumes commitments and customer data. - Organize team work with sales assistants.

HSE & logistics:
- Implement Arkema policy in terms of HSE on our deliveries of Thiochemicals to all customers in the area.
- Work in coordination with teh Supply chain to optimize costs in line with supply chain.
