As a Customer Advisor in our Contact Centre you'll be welcomed into a friendly and collaborative environment where you'll be given the skills and knowledge to deal with our customer queries in the most convenient and effective way. This might be over the phone, live chat, or on social media. And they might want help with placing an order, checking a delivery, or resolving a product query. Whatever it is, you'll be right there with a way to help them.
We will give you all the training you need, so you don't need to have customer service experience to be great in this role. You'll always have lots of support from your team leader and mentor, and the opportunity to develop and up-skill yourself if you want to move up the career ladder, or just become an expert in your field.

The contact centre is open 7am to 10pm from Monday to Sunday and you'll always have your rotas available at least 4 weeks in advance (normally 12 weeks!) so you can count on us to give you a great work-life balance. And you can choose a contract between 20 and 37.5 hours, so you'll have plenty of time to spend your hard earned cash! Initially you'll start on a six month fixed term contract and there may be opportunities for permanent Customer Service roles once you've joined.
