Job Description:

Orano Nuclear Materials is seeking an Human Resources Intern for our Corporate office in Lynchburg, VA .

This temporary position within ONM provides support in functional areas of the Human Resources department, which may include administrative support, benefits administration, organization development & training.

Primary responsibilities and duties may include:
· Perform scheduling and estimating tasks as needed.
· Provide HR administrative support.
· Provide support within benefits administration, organizational development & training.
· Works on special projects as directed.

Qualifications :

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this opportunity. Candidates who exceed minimum qualifications may be considered for a higher level position.
·  Currently enrolled in an accredited degree program resulting in a BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related discipline.
·  Completed a minimum of 4 semesters.
·  Grade point average equal to 3.0 or higher.
·  Adequate experience with Microsoft Office programs.
·  Candidates must:
·  Have problem identification and resolution experience,
·  Have practiced organizational capability,
·  Be experienced with written and verbal communication,
·  Have the capacity to articulate and comprehend detailed technical data.

·  Experience with one or more of the following:
·  Strong excel and word skills.
·  Proficient in database management.
·  Practiced soft skills.
·  Prior internship/co-op experience.
