Poste et missions:
The VIE will work in European Procurement Organization(EPO) Logistics department, which is in charge of buying the transport services and/or associated logistics services (road, train, inland water, maritime port operations) for the units in Europe. The scope of activity covers all products (raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products) and all flows (to the mills, between the mills and to customers)
The mission will be split between various purchasing activities for Port Operations and Barging Mode (~80% of the time) and support activities for the Management of Logistics department (remaining 20%)
Work for Port Operations and Barging Mode will be about :
- Prepare and structure budget and savings data
- Run back office activities for “Raw Material” contracts
- Provide a market analysis of raw material port operations (dry/liquids, steel and non steel etc…)
- Help to develop a price database
Support activities to the Management of Logistics encompasses :
- the reporting : weekly activity report, purchasing savings, contract compliance follow up …
- and the support to the management team for Quality Management activities: internal customer satisfaction, supplier evaluation, …
Profil:
