Associate, Consultant Relations

The role holder's objective is to support the Consultant Relations team in building strong relationships with global Investment Consultants. Accordingly a core part of the role is to assist in the maintenance of Consultant databases ensuring accurate and timely documentation of critical information.
Main Accountabilities1.Database Management (c.70% of role):
- Oversee the preparation and submission of data to c. 15 Consultant databases
- Where necessary, support and undertake the input of information to the databases
- Where required effectively troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed, work with internal groups to document issues, and deliver effective solutions2.Consultant Support (c.30% of role):
- Proactively manage a portfolio of UK second tier Investment Consultants:
- Build relationships with consulting firms and individual consultants
- Be responsible for introducing Amundi strategies and keeping consultants updated on all firm and product related developments
- Help support global consultant relationships through:
- Completing or compiling regular reporting / ad hoc data enquiries from Consultants
- Where required, supporting the accurate and timely completion of Requests for Information (RFI)
- Coordinate and prepare materials for consultant research meetings including presentations, performance reports and RFIs
- Undertake ongoing research of consultant activity, product demand trends etc.
- Attend relevant industry seminars and events, provide feedback to Amundi internal teams
- Assist in the coordination of relationships of Amundi local sales offices with local consulting firms and with local offices of global consultants
- Contribute towards the strategic development of the consultant relations function at Amundi The role holder will follow FCA rules and principles and the Firm's policies and procedures. Where appropriate, the role holder will seek guidance from management or compliance.

Profil recherché

- Experience working in a global Consultant Relations team is strongly preferred
- Experience and knowledge of how to maintain and use Consultant databases is essential
- Extremely organised, detail oriented and has the ability to multi task
- Excellent oral and written English required
- Proactive and confident to liaise directly with Investment Consultants when required.
