For more than 10 years, Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) has been the world's most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform. AWS offers over 100+ fully featured services to millions of active customers around the world—including the fastest-growing startups, largest enterprises, and leading government agencies—to power their infrastructure. The CIM (Customer Information Management) team is a diverse team that delivers several decision support enterprise solutions for AWS. Our internal stakeholders include, AWS Sales, Marketing, Partners organization and several other AWS teams to craft highly scalable, flexible and resilient cloud architectures that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of AWS services.

AWS' growth is driving a rapid expansion. The GBO CIM team is in need for an experienced Program Manager to work closely with the Partners organization and deliver various operational programs, and strategic initiatives. This role requires ownership, autonomy, and an ability to deliver results. Clear communication and prioritization will be important as you partner with the extended GBO team, and the Partners Organization to deliver the best experience for the AWS business operations teams. Roles and Responsibilities
· As a key member of the CIM team, ensure the execution team has clearly defined requirements needed for the technical team (data engineers, business intelligence engineers and software development engineers) to effectively deliver cross-functional programs
· Create and maintain a communications methodology between our internal customers. Follow internal GBO prioritization and operational mechanisms.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic qualifications
· BS in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
· 5+ years of relevant program management experience or other related experience
-3+ years of experience in a fast passed environment and experience with translating business requirements into technical requirements
