The Team: Amazon and Whole Foods Market are pursuing the vision of making Whole Foods Market's high-quality, natural and organic food affordable for everyone. We can't wait to start showing customers what's possible when Whole Foods Market and Amazon innovate together.
The Role: We are looking for a leader for our Quality Assurance team who can define and implement end to end testing process and platforms that will enable us to scale. Responsibilities include roadmap definition, hiring, capacity planning and overall QA strategy. Everyone on the team needs to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats and work in a highly collaborative environment that's more startup than big company. Scripting and coding knowledge is required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and grow a team of QAE and SDETs as we continue integrating with Whole Foods Market.
· Develop advanced tooling and infrastructure to ensure efficient testing, maximizing developer and QA throughput and ensuring only the highest quality products ship to consumers.
· Define/drive creative, high quality, QA and systems roadmaps.
· Drive and develop partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders across Amazon and Whole Foods Market.
· Work closely with development and product leaders on our team to deliver products to market.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree or higher with a technical discipline
· 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years of consumer facing software product management experience
· 2+ years' experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines
· 5+ years of management experience.
