DESCRIPTION

This role will be responsible for sourcing bar raising, often passive recruiting talent, and creating a programmatic approach to market mapping including a focus on building out engagement strategies with diverse populations.

As a Recruiter with the HR4HR team, you are a critical partner to the business and will be at the helm executing on recruiting strategies, you will also continuously earn trust with leaders at all levels, and partner effectively cross-functionally with HRBPs, Finance Partners, Compensation, and other business partners.

The person in this role will:
· Develop sourcing models and plans to generate passive talent pipeline; create and execute robust search strategies that will attract the best and brightest talent; calibrate candidates with hiring managers.
· Develop prospects into candidates. Engage, sustain relationships, screen and interview.
· Continually contribute to the knowledge base of the group sharing new information about industries and talent pools or profile types.
· Lead the briefing meetings and participate in job scoping discussions as needed.
· Prepare/contribute to search status reports and lead/participate in client update meetings on active searches.
· Proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer

The HR4HR Talent Acquisition team hires for a myriad of client organizations for roles throughout HR including but not limited to: HR Partners, Recruiting Partners, Comp and Benefits, Immigration, Program Managers, Project Managers, Business Intelligence Engineers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning, Learning and Development, Talent Management, HR Services and Professional HR Services such as Risk and Compliance.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 2+ years of progressive corporate and or search firm recruiting experience.
· CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
· Bachelor's degree.
