As a member of the engineering team, you will have the opportunity to design, build and scale solutions that affect millions of gamers, streamers and viewers. You will provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to your team and work closely with other cross-functional teams to design and implement Twitch Prime developer services and be a key driver of the team's technical and operational excellence.

Your work includes, but not limited to:
· Work with engineering managers, product managers, technical leads and other engineers to design, develop, and deliver developer services that positively impact our customers.
· Supporting our Business Development and Marketing Team to promote compelling offers and campaigns to drive acquisition.
· Collaborate within and outside of the team to clarify product requirements and align on technical vision and execution.
· Integrate with third party systems to ensure entitlement and fulfillment of in-game content.
· Architect key components of our next generation of services and play a key role in design and code reviews.
· Be a multiplier of the team's impact, velocity, and technical excellence by improving engineering processes and tools.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
· 1+ years of development experience
· Mastery of the tools of the trade, including a variety of modern programming languages (Java, JavaScript, C/C++, Objective C, Python) and open-source technologies.
· Self-starter, quick learner and passionate problem resolver
· Experience supporting large-scale high-availability systems in a production environment
· Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, with an enthusiastic attitude to support and resolve customer problems
· Practical experience with software engineering best-practices and a strong desire to create quality solutions and designs
