This Software Development position is for Merchant Fulfillment Programs group, where innovation and latest technologies merge to build brand new features and capabilities for sellers and end customers. We continue to drive Seller Fulfilled Prime growth to add new-to-Prime selection for end customers and provide guardrails to enable merchants to quickly disable Prime badge manually and automatically at daily order limits. We aim to allow Sellers to provide an enhanced experience to Buyers by providing fulfillment programs that increase selection, exposure, and speed capabilities. About Us Together
Together we will be building cutting edge and highly distributed systems to support merchants around the world selling on Amazon. We will contribute by making selling on Amazon better as one of the fastest growing businesses at Amazon.com with about one-third of all items currently sold originating from 3rd party merchants. We will add new capabilities to fulfillment programs to further increase Buyer selection. We will solve ambiguous problems, create prototypes for new ideas, help each other be better engineers and have fun while doing these things.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Equivalent experience to a Bachelor's degree based on 3 years of work experience for every 1 year of education
• Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design
• Computer Science fundamentals in data structures
• Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
• Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as Java, C# or C++
