It is still Day1 at our Amazon Logistics space! Have you ever tried delivering Amazon packages in the Himalayas(hmmm.. think hard..) Within the Amazon Logistics space, we push our boundaries everyday! 3 to 5 day shipping was too slow, so we moved to 2 day shipping, and that wasn't enough , so we moved to Same day shipping, then 2 hours (Prime Now), then 1 hour (Restaurant) and what's next? May be 20 minutes? Join our team to find out more about the cutting edge technologies, Machine learning models and building a Tier1 application , well .. at the “Amazon Scale” world wide!

Shh.. We also do some secret projects like the ones that we launched recently – In Home and Car delivery!

Building an iOS application within our space not only challenges you in terms of thinking about connectivity, reliability, battery and performance but also, how to build these application at the enterprise quality with efficiency and effectiveness that directly impacts our drivers and customers! As an engineer, joining this team would mean
1. You get to deliver packages yourself, as part of ride-alongs with the drivers! (How cool is that!)
2. Design and document solutions that are long term and scalable worldwide
3. Work with partner teams within Last Mile in executing and implementing features that directly impact customers
4. Pay attention to details in providing the best CX to our drivers and end customers
5. Let the data and metrics speak for your application's quality in the field

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
· Experience with Xcode and other associated tools like Instruments
· 5+ years in Software Development with at least 2 years working with
· Objective-C and/or Swift developing multi-threaded mobile applications.
